What a horrible mess this would be if it happend, NBC already has CEO problems, he seems to think peopel dont care if stuff is in HD or not what BS, and Comcast is just known for bulling BS to with there bandwidth caps on internet.

DirecTV app have bene out for nearly 2 months now, this is very old. And yuet since it came out DirecTV has not yet added more apps yet.

I work at Best Buy in the Home Theater area, and we actually got a New normal DVR + that looked just like this, but it was just the DVR, so Directv must be updating there boxes! Now the box at best buy look exactly identical to the normal directv dvr+ box, just the satellite receiver box design was different like the one pictures above.

Anyone have any information on these brand new boxes? New model? new hardware inside?

@scyber: The way the director envisioned it? Well thats how he is envisioning it, is in IMAX! Christopher Nolan is the director of the Movie and loves IMAX. So your theory of seeing it how the director envisions it makes little to no sense to me. IMAX film is a way higher resolution and quality then tradition filming methods, your not losing any picture, your actually gaining more pixels and quality because you don't have the black bars.

Im all for it being shot in IMAX, so i can finally have full aspect ratio on my hdtv.

EDIT: Looks like ABC (Disney) went Cheap on us this time, Its not in any guide data that teh show will be in HD and it not looking like it will be what a shame, its half way though 2009 and yet you still have shows coming out that are not in HD, even some of the lowest production shows still have HD.
