Guys I have a good one how about an Onkyo txsr 607 and Oppo BD83 both for just about a Grand . How do u like that Harman? BTW that player looks very similar to the Denon/Marantz re badged Funai.
This is nothing but bad news a disgrace that seems to keep destroying a company that makes so many great products, they started but eliminating the Kuro plasmas now we may not even get to see their promising high-end Blu-ray players.
Add to that NY sales tax 8.375% I bought the MLB app for my iphone for $9.99 plus tax total came up to $10.83
way to go Disney that's really going to help a format that might never become a DVD replacement, how about $50-$60 for a movie, put the cherry on top of the cake, doom Blu-ray once and for all now!
Please let's not forget that the Blu-ray discs are still being sold for over $20 when u can get the standard DVD version for just a fraction of that. Keep making more affordable players and lower the price in the discs and then they'll have a shot, In my opinion that's when Blu-ray as a DVD replacement may take off in this situation.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
