As is the case with every other phone on the market. Apple obsoletes the iPhone every year too. IMO, this is the best phone on Verizon right now, and that's all that matters. Why not try hard?

Bought one yesterday and couldn't be happier with it.
Making users pay to watch Hulu will be the death of Hulu. Hulu is only cool because it's "free" to the viewer.
Did Burger King mis-read the big deal of the day? It's the Windows 7 LAUNCH, not LUNCH. :)
Schweet!
I've got a Kodak Zi6 and really enjoy it. While it may be slightly larger than the Flip cameras, it was well worth it for the removable storage and price. Outdoors it shoots very well, although fast motion isn't great (don't know that it is for any of the portable cams). The Zi8 that's coming out looks very nice and if they've improved some of the image stabilization, it will be a real winner - especially at a price lower than the Flip cams.
I need this to get my network upstairs to my new HDTV! :)
Umm... Hello??? This is not a DRM issue. This is an Amazon issue.

Even if the books were DRM free, that wouldn't stop Amazon from limiting the number of times you could download them. They handle it on their end - has nothing to do with the file itself. Same with the books they took back, they could have been DRM free, but because the Kindle is connected, they can reach out and take them back.

While I don't care for DRM, don't blame this on DRM - this is Amazon not being up-front about what is really going on.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
