I asked the question, and am looking for a splitter. I have no need for a switch, since my receiver does the switching for me. However, if I want to watch on my projector, I have to unplug the HDMI cable to the TV from my receiver, which is a headache. Any input is helpful. I just don't want to waste my money.

It's now $299.99, but I believe this is the newer model. I know it was on sale when we bought ours.
