Unfortunately by the time Dish/Echostar pulls there heads out of there as*** other more forward thinking technologies will have taken that share of the market ,and a large portion of there customer base away from them.
What a waste of labor and R & D dollars. :-(

A long time Dish customer. Tim
Can I just say one thing..................

This Sucks Rats Ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank You!

Carry on. :-(
Ben,

Wow! Great Post!
Even if I can just get the Dish HD Tuner, Zune HD Wi-Fi Streaming, and Silverlight playback within 7MC I will be a Happy Camper! ;-)
Look forward to your predictions coming true.
Dude!
I so need this!
I am soooooooooooooo tired of my video streams breaking up over wireless!!
This looks pretty sweet!
This would look so good in my bedroom!!!
Pick me...........Pick me!!!
Ben,

Great Post!!

I for one, am anxiously awaiting the latest version of WHS.

I am hoping M$ has been listening to the rafts of complaints of lack of Media Center integration within WHS.

I think the next year / year and a half should prove very interesting and exciting for 7MC and WHS.

Keep up the good work!

Tim
Extremely pumped about this news!!!

It is so 2008 to have to hit that skip button. ;-)

I hope Jere releases it soon!
My wallet is open and waiting.

Cheezy Poofs & Pie!!! and oh yes BluRay Please!!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
