I don't know about the aesthetics trying to match regular asphalt, but I definitely welcome the lower system cost as long as the continue to improve efficiency. I think people can accept a different roof look as long as the cost to benefit ratio is low payback period is reasonable compared to life span. I don't get why they have to make them "look" like asphalt shingles... asphalt shingles are meant to "look" like slate shingles... just make them do their job good...oh yea... and keep out the rain too...
Maybe I can shove some of this tech up my nose to command my snot and relieve my cold.
Do all versions of win 7 (Home, Premium, and Ultimate) come with media center?
Are there any ramifications of using the "generic" product key vs. getting an actual one with the card from someone on eBay... example...more likely for an update from MS to make things stop working... or are odds are the same for both situations?
No wonder the feds pushed the transition back then... no wired circa 1992 wall telephone's on the digital transmitter racks
upgrading to the digital transmitter is a no brainier... it has a telephone built into it and way more buttons.
I concur with GenKhan2.. digital broadcasters must be intentional acting like fools, I have the same problem here in the Boston area. I recently bought a 26 inch for my bedroom, but should have bought a 36 inch with the 16:9 content, cropped to 4:3, then cropped again to the 16:9 digital signal... that's just black bar silliness around the whole picture.
Change world currency to hot dogs.
I'll wait another 11 months when they release this with "never before seen extra footage"... or the special remastereder version included with the season 1 disk.
sure it might keep thing cool... but will it turn the Rockies blue?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
