I've been nice (although a Firecore isn't the worst thing ever).

District 9 hopefully! If not I'll be running through my newly acquired copies of Patton and the Dark Knight.
A few big omissions in my opinion. First being Portal, this single-handedly carried the Orange Box while Valve was messing with TF2 (which doesn't deserve to be in front of the much better CSS).

The other big omission is Borderlands. That is one of the most inventive, and good games of this decade (if not all time). It should be in the top 15.
@ Roger.

It was a spinoff of JAG, and deals with completely different objects than CSI. CSI focuses on civilian cases, primarily dealing with the forensic side... while NCIS is dealing with a general full-scale investigation.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
