It's a fairly simple procedure. Don't buy it if you don't think it is worth the money.

Where were all the reviews blasting it because it didn't have that feature? So if the game was fine without the feature then you decide if the added feature is worth the money to you. If not, then you don't buy it.
Prologue is not a demo, because it has more elements than a demo, but shorter than the full version. They will probably charge for Prologue, but not for Prologue's demo which will probably be 1 or 2 cars on one track whereas prologue will probably feature a dozen cars (or more) and several tracks.

Calling Prologue a demo makes it seem like it should be for free when that is not their aim as far as I can tell.
I never much cared for GT. I thought Forza 2 would be too sim-y for me, but I was wrong. Forza 2 is the best pure racing game I've played on a console. Their attention to detail is meticulous and the cars behave so realistically.

It is obvious to me that Forza 2 traded graphics for physics and it shows. Not as pretty as DiRT, but the nuances of the game really make up for it.

The braking line is also a crucial addition. it makes sim driving games actually fun.

The fact that you can actually feel and hear each upgrade is just great.

It think PS3 GT wll be goregous (and hopefully fun), but I don't think the dev team will be able to sacrifice graphics for physics (since most people don't care).
I would say that Burnout Revenge was the most fun I've had in a 360 racing title.

I really liked PGR3 and Forza 2 is wonderful for its realism. The DiRT demo is gorgeous, but the game feels like it might be a tad to twitchy for my taste.

PGR4 will be great to have as well.

For sheer sense of speed and fun playing in traffic, you can't go wrong with Burnout. It is the first game I've played to 100% in a decade (and that's sayin' something).
No one HAD to buy horse armor.

The only question that really matters is this:

Did you feel you got a complete game when you purchased the title? If the answer is yes, then there is nothing really to complain about other than your desire to get something for nothing.

As with all purchasable items. Either the price is worth it to you or it isn't. If it isn't then you don't buy it. It's a radical idea to be sure.
There is such a thing as too cliche.

It is possible to make it sound dated without sounding too cheesy. There is a line, but there is no way to tell if they crossed it by this short snippet.

If it annoys you it is bad. If it lightens your mood or even makes you laugh it is good. The problem is, if it is done poorly, the game will be irritating to play.
I think the others are right. The dialog is intentionally cheesy. I think it is good that someone is attempting this sort of thing. It is long overdue.

Even though it is cheesy, it could be a little more inventive.
Settlers without trading? Yeah, it's faster, but it's not really Settlers. Might as well let the computer play it for you.
They've finally done it. Found a way to marry a poor game with a mediocre movie. This will open up untold doors for other poor to mediocre properties to cram through.

They forgot to add that the movie based game will simultaneously be released on PS3, XBox360, Wii, DS, PSP, and cell phones. Look for a hex table game to follow soon after.
Stupid! And I'm not talking about the guy in the video. I'm talking about some of the posters crying unsafe. It actually looks perfectly safe for the guy riding it. In reality there is no way to truly know whether it is safe or not by watching a video. If the computer is programmed to not hit the guy's head on the ground and the system has redundant measures to prevent failure then it doesn't matter how close the guy's head comes to the ground as long as it doesn't hit.

If his head doesn't hit the ground 1 mm is no different than 1 km. The perceived danger is in your mind. Obviously this is a test for some amusement ride.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
