Just as a note, the Sony player that streams internet content is the BDP-N450, bot the BDP-S450, just thought you would like to know that.
So how much did that glass cost you, Brian? Shitty brands, including Vizio, don't offer repairs facilities the chance to purchase ANY repairs parts for the cheap POS sets!
So please tell us why you couldn't get your 47" fixed? Oh, that's right, you CAN'T get Vizio's repaired, cause they're SHIT!
There are MANY legal way to get HD video into iTunes, most, if not all, of the podcasts I watch are available in 720p at a very good bit-rate. I'm SO sick of people only being concerned with resolution as well, high bit-rate 720p will look better than much lower bit-rate 1080p with high motion content ANY DAY!
Here is a link from the Sony.co.uk which is close enough!
One model has ALREADY caught my attention, the STR-DA5500ES, the reason for this is that Sony has said in press releases that it will stream Audio, Images, AND Video over your high-speed home network! As a general rule I am not a fan of the Sony AVR's, I much prefer Integra, or Yamaha, but I LOVE where this could lead! Sony is literally the last AVR manufacturer to the game with network connectivity! Please tell me what you think, I will find a link to the article and post it as a response to this comment.
How could "The Office" S5 was not the picture of the week! I know it's not TECHNICALLY a movie but it still deserves to be the picture! It is one of the BEST shows on TV right now (I know that's my opinion, but a lot of people share that sentiment)!
BITSTREAMING on my 80GB PS3 FAT, OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
