Did you test it with Harmony 1100 + RF->IR->Bluetooth, I really hope it works too! I don't see any reason why it won't hopefully the RF->IR acts just as a 'dumb' pass-through so no special protocol that may made the IR from the RF module different from the regular straight IR coming out from the remote.
Everyone buy a reader, that would fix the economy :)
Yeah well... let's not call people names. Let's be civilized. You must work for DirecTV hence you are just another crook (oops that I just called you names?)
Guys just a thought, don't be fooled by DirecTV's offerings and promises, it's a bait to enrich their company with bad practices! Don't take my word go to trustworthy source like below to see how they got you when you are under contracts:

I'm in a mission to inform all people who is thinking of signing up with them, get other service and a peace of mind instead! I'm not calling them names but please do your research and be an informed customer. I did read all of those bad reviews but since I love gadgets and all the bells and whistles they offer so much I decided to give them a chance and boy don't I get dissappointed, they are out to get your money and you won't be able to do anything short of suing them so please I've experienced it and you don't have to. Those that haven't experienced it probably hasn't deal too much with them but you will eventually and hopefully eventually they learn that bad practices doesn't pay off and change their style. So help me people!
Well if you are not yet aware, they stink anyways so may be after the take over their shady practices will be fixed. Please read this before signing up with them:

Don't be fooled by all the nicities they offer you but fundementally this company has issue in their service, you will regret once you joined them and be under their contract:

I know they are one of the most progressive satellite TV providers and you will be treated wonderfully before you sign up with all these promises but once it's too late for you to do anything then they turn on you. I too am gadget and tech lover, but regret that I signed up with them! I'm willing to NOT have all the DIRECT2PC, online scheduling and all their HD services (get it from other company) if I can get out of their contract and have a peace of mind.
Even if you have money, don't waste it by throwing it at this shady company. I'm glad there's already lawsuit against them. There are plenty of good services out there besides DTV.
Yes, I'm not surprised about their profit from ripping off people will keep them away from recession. Please if you're thinking of becoming their customer read these problem from others

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
