I have this setup at home. I mounted my tv to the wall, then I used the hole for the vesa mount to mount the extender directly to the wall behind the TV. It's not visible and that's all that really matters.
I wonder what the likely hood of using two HTPC-20s for a grand total of 4 tuners would be?
