I have no doubt that animals mourn when another of their group dies. I adopted a 9-week old kitten (named Sandy) when I had a 6-year old tabby (named Spaz). They became "BEST buds" and always slept together, played together and mooched food together. When the older cat died (at age 17), the younger cat walked through this house for a week crying and looking for his deceased brother. That cat would not come into the house for the next 3 months and never really got over the loss; he died the following year 2 weeks short of the anniversary date of the older cat's death. It was heartbreaking to hear Sandy walk through here meowing for Spaz. There was no way to console him.
When Sandy passed away he was buried next to Spaz and they were finally together again.

As expensive as those are, why waste it as a hockey table game? Or is that question too obvious?

The ending was amazing (and I am watching the 12:30AM repeat on FX as I type this). Vic was always a great anti-hero and the ending showed that he is truly a sociopathic personality; he has little or no conscience for anyone. He was hurt to turn on those who trusted him and to lose his family but he is the type who can rationalize it and shrug it off. His only worry now is that Olivia will be watching him as a hawk, praying that he does something, anything, so she can fire him and rescind his plea bargain.

I will be sad until another show comes along that can compare to this one.
