Egreat EG-M34A or its bigger brothers. www.egreathd.com Same firmware as all NMTs e.g. A110. With DTS downmix etc. Much cheaper too.
The Egreat EG-M34A can do so much more for just a little bit more. Hdmi 1.3, MKVs, DTS downmix, network playback, youtube etc. Similar to popcorn but cost much less. See http://www.egreathd.com
If it is more than USD139 (Egreat EG-M34A - Low priced popcorn clone) then it's not worth it. Price currently http://www.egreathd.com/
How does this compare to popcorn A110 or Egreat EG-M34A or M32B http://www.egreathd.com?
unless it is priced competitively against the WDTV (USD99 www.buy.com) or EG-M34A (popcorn clone selling at USD139 @ www.egreathd.com ), it is hard for Asus to compete.
Looks like the BDP 0821 is a hybrid player that can have a USB drive connected and playback MKVs and stuff:

Egreat M32-B is much better than this.

Elektron EHP-606, another Networked Media Tank

Built quality is so much better than Popcorn.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
