I don't know anything about fixing the economy, but if I won this, I could install it at my grandparents house so that I no longer receive phone calls where I have to explain "one more time" why they can't record one show and watch another on their analog VCR with a digital converter.
BTW - While it's not advertised in any of the company's official documentation, this release does support HD-DVD playback, and through tomorrow (3/27/09), you can use madness09 as special code during your purchase to get 30% off.

"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
