anyone notice that the shield in the title logo looks like a crusader symbol/shield and that the cross is similiar to the red lights in the one screen shot?

this like a religious type meaning to it? Graphics wise it looks good but other then that it looks generic.
sigh. even more easy ways for people to cheat. Rapid fire stuff and anything that gives someone and advantage over another should be banned
Great thing for going off to college
I for see Avatar being the biggest block buster let down when it comes out. I wont even make $70 million

and 3D is used way to much in movies these days and to me the 3D they are using sucks. Watched UP in 3D and I preferred the 2D version. 3D ruins movies for me
Like I said Candlejack, you believe in anarchy, which is pathetic.
Then you obviously didn't sign up for PSN yourself because you are made to accept the TOS agreement before you can even sign up.
Oh and by the way, X-box live has a much more strict policy then sony. Nintendo mostly do no because they hardly provide a source of open communication. If they did, then they would also have these same policies and much stricter ones.

You get reported one time on x-box live for harassment, and you're banned. With Sony, you have to be reported by multiple people before it is fully reviewed by Sony. Also X-box has a much more open complaint source then Sony does. X-box, you pretty much tell them exactly what happened, where as Sony has a handful of choices to choose from, limiting what you can complain about.
Idiots do not think. Businesses, private owners, and owners of an operation such as X-box Live and PSN do and should have the right to make their own rules as long as they do not break the laws of the countries that their operation resides in. That is a law itself, where private owners can make the rules for their own operations. This is with everything, including what someone using the operation can or can not say.

One thing for sure that does go against the law and freedom of speech is threats. That is not allowed by any means.

Just like at your job, you can not go up to your boss's face or employee's face and start throwing cuss words and name calling at them and expect to get away with it. Your boss has the right to fire you for doing that. Just like you can NOT go up to someone in public or on their private property and do the same thing or start calling them hateful things. You do, and you could get arrested and that person could press charges on you. this also applies to the internet, video games, and anything else as harassment. This is not freedom of speech.

This is all you immature, brain dead morons want, the right to harass people.
And for the rest of you on here agreeing with this idiot. I hope your lives come to a quick end soon. The fewer morons we have in the world, the better.

These same people also most likely support anarchy. Which is the most idiotic thing ever and every one who supports it are hypocrites.
This kid is a down right liar and knows nothing about the bill of rights or anything else. If this case doesn't get thrown out, then i'm gonna sue this kid for being a idiot.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
