Late to the party, but one important question has (I think) gone unasked - you mention three zones, do each of these zones have a stereo or amplifier currently in place? If so, the iTunes + AirPort Express (AirTunes) route is the least expensive option. If not then the Sonos system is an excellent option. Connect a ZoneBridge ($99) to your NAS or PC and then use three ZP120 units ($499 ea.) to power speakers in your three zones.

"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
