@Jay Hathaway: Tab Mix Plus has some nice features, like automatically opening new tabs from bookmarks, groups of bookmarks, search bar and address bar and tons of other very useful features that I really couldn't live without, which is why I'm waiting for firefox 3.1 final.

@kamron_1: in that case, double click the space underneath any open tab :-D

I completely agree with hexydes. It's the age of globalization and the internet has pretty much no borders so get with the program and start making content available outside of the U.S. or at least don't act surprised when you see that only a small number of Europeans choose to stream your content.
