Its all good for U.S.A. users - but over here in the UK we still have no guide info for most of the freesat channels - there are a lot of threads on green button about it, but it seems that Microsoft just can't fix it
This just ruins it for UK users - might as well keep Vista
The situation in the UK is the same for dvb-s. I can recieve about 1800 channels but I only ever get now + next guide info (which only updates if you tune each individual channel), so scheduling recordings is impossible. I even added an analogue tuner and digibox to try to get $KY TV guide - still won't work.
I honestly don't think microsoft care either, threads on green button just get ignored
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
