Thanks for the suggestion, I'm not familiar with Microsoft's tool to remove the addin, can you give me a bit more info on it? Thanks again!!
Parker, in my case, I enabled debugging for the commercial skip add in. I then started Media Center and then I check the windows event viewer. There was a log for the commercial skip which showed some information. There was one in particular called "IsRegistered" which was equal to false which led me to believe the adding somehow was not registered. The problem for me is that I don't know how to register it. I started a thread over at the babgvant forums with a copy of the windows event viewer info to see if someone could help, however no answers so far. Here is a link to the troubleshooting wiki for commercial skip hopefully this will help you http://babgvant.com/Wiki/view.aspx/DVRMSToolbox/Commercial_Skip_Addin/TroubleShootingCommercialSkip , enabling debugging is at the bottom of the page where it says "Vista only" or something like that...
Ben, I'm having basically the same issue as Tester, everything is installed. The DTB addin is enabled in Media Center. The process conditioner is working, the files are being scanned and the resulting xml files reside in the C:\Users\Public\DvrmsToolbox\CommercialsXml folder, however no commercials are skipped (either on the PC or the xbox I use as extender). Also the right and left key do not show anything related to skipping when pressed. Any ideas as to what could be the problem? I'm running win7 pro and double checked that the addin installed is the win 7 version, also just in case I uninstalled it then installed it again with the same results. Also, the windows event viewer says that the addin was installed succesfully...Thanks for your help!

"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
