Well, considering there is the SprintTV app, which seems like it would consume just as much data as Slinging, it seems possible. What do they care? It will only be streaming from one location at a time. I wouldn't be surprised... especially considering they are looking for any edge they can get over the iPhone.

The Pre is NOT 4G - it is EVDO Rev A, which is 3G. For Sprint, WiMAX would be considered 4G (or at least what they are calling their 4G), and the Pre is certainly not a WiMAX handset.
