It's being developed by NDS for cox. They are also porting it to onramp to work on low end cable boxes.
Comcast already has this in some areas. they are not tivo boxes, bt what ever boxes your area uses. cox should be added to the list since they are testing it in NewEngland.
The EPG that they are talking is most likely the switch from SARA to Aptiv and the ondemand software is seperate. The above looks like it will be for the SA/Cisco areas.
Comcast in a few areas is all digital no analog, so Cox isn't the first
UnnDunn and Peter the 3412-3416 are newer then the 6412-6416 and will support OCAP

Cox in certain areas are simulcasting the analog channels in digital.

2 The tivo software will be $3-$4 more thant the current dvr service fee.
