From your own comment, BigBird, it looks like Flashpoint has a bit of a case. The caption under the Mercedes car cites it as being "the first car to go into production with an internal combustion engine". So it may not be the first self-propelled vehicle, per se, but it's safe to call it the first "car" -- as the word is used nowadays -- that was available for the public to buy.
They're just the "jays" now, haven't you heard? :P

It actually means "Source InCorrect" - or that's what I've been told. Perhaps my sources were incorrect themselves!
Of course you realize that every hybrid, ever, is practically identical.
If you could get the same increase in performance from some idea you just came up with while sitting at your computer, why would this Australian engineer be getting press and moving stateside?

"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
