Well HDT (which also currently broadcasting the WRC races from 2009 season on Sundays) did an hour long broadcast of last years Race of Champions. Hopefully they will cover this year's as well but during or much sooner after it take place.
Yeah if it weren't for that first safety McNish would have lapped Peugot and I think stayed a lap ahead to win the race. It was fun to watch. I saw McNish make that silly mistake behind the saftey car. It's a shame they didn't restart. Also lame that they gave full points there should be an asterisk behind the result for that race. Yeah I'm an admitted Audi fanboy though.
@Jimbo

That federal tax credit is a government subsidy.
Well it would probably weigh about 200lb more, but yeah whoop
Actually it will be the TT-RS
I'm with you here. I'm pleading ignorant on the engineering challenges to bringing a Diesel-Hybrid to market, but it seemed so obvious to me for such a long time I was wondering why no major manufacturers were doing so.
I thought the original R8 was also Diesel.
Not if you compare it to the 300hp in the 3.0L in the BMW *35s
My understanding was the V10 TDI might just be too big for a production car. Edmunds has an article I believe explaining the engineering difficulties with fitting the engine into the car.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
