First time home for Christmas in two years so that's how i'll be spending Christmas this year, with my Family.
Yes please count me in.
Um what about Monster Vs. Aliens?! That was a great movie and is sure to be awe inspiring on Blu-ray.
So let's do this! Disco Disco!
I have an 08 Infiniti G35S Sedan with the factory iPod kit. My 2G worked fine with the kit, when I got my 3G it wouldn't charge anymore due to the change in the voltage. I picked up the Scosche passPORT at the apple store, plugged it in, and presto my iPhone was charging again and I didn't lose any playback ability. I just upgraded to a 3GS and went to connect it to the car with the adapter. The second i connected it and started playing music I got a really high pitched squeal coming from my speakers. At first I thought it might just be a bad connection so I removed the adapter and reconnected it. Same thing. Then I tried the iPhone connected directly to the car cable and the noise went away (but obviously it wouldn't charge). So I contacted Scosche for a replacement thinking it was the adapter. They were very quick to respond and I had a brand new adapter in about 3 days.Connected it up with the new adapater... same high pitched sound! So now the only thing it can be is the iPhone. Sorry for the diatribe, but the bottom line is the Scosche adapter is a good investment if you have a factory car kit that no longer charges.
This is perfect for a bedroom player. I think i'm definitely going to pick one of these up for that.
Both my MB & Mini have had no issues with 10.5.7.
Must have missed the deal because it's showing up as $1.99 now in the App Store.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
