That's not what I would call a hybrid. It's just two players attached to one computer. To be a true hybrid, it should have a single drive bay, be able to recognize the format of the disk that's inserted, and use the appropriate electronics.
What's with this downloading overnight business? If I decide I want to rent a movie, I want it NOW, not tomorrow. Figure out a way to give me instant streaming video on demand and I'll be interested (yea, I know, bandwidth issues, etc.). Otherwise, my local video rental store will continue to get my business.
Two words: data encryption
Bad decision. This is a company that's in the imaging business, so what do they do? They dump their old logo, which was a stylized image of a camera, and replaced it with a logo that doesn't have any image at all, just a word.
There actually is a free Windows compatible OS under development, but it's a long ways from being ready for everyday use. It's called ReactOS, and the website is:

"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
