The tuning adapter is due to SDV, it has nothing to do with tru2way, which won't be with us until the Series 4 TiVo at a guess. Come on EngadgetHD, this is pretty basic stuff you should know. ;)
Fine, but does this thing need to look like a junky low cost analog cable box from the mid 90s?
Have it running on 3 different Macs (G4, G5 and Intel)and with 3g and 4g iPods and its been flawless, although I agree the album art fetch is a bit tempremental.

Can't comment on the Windows version, but all in all I'm extremely happy with this upgrade personally.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
