I canceled my account over this. With only 10% of Netflix members renting Blu-rays, it makes me wonder how much they will charge when 50% are renting Blu-rays. Perhaps instead of 20% they'll increase the subsidy by 100% next year.

Sorry, this is the straw that broke the camel's back. $7/month extra for 6 DVD's at a time is a little steep.

I encourage others to protest the hike by canceling their subscriptions. If we make a statement, Netflix will reconsider the hike.
I would love to give this to my Dad who could use a little help remembering stuff by syncing his iCal calendar and Address Book.
>> Does that sound like the beginning of an email from a corporate VP? "I am in Vice President ..."?
It's actually against federal law for a mail order company to not honor a cancellation request before an item ships. In this case, Tivo.com is considered a mail order company. You can rest assured that there will be fines levied by the government for this one. I am one person who is reporting them. Yes, I have a bit of an attorney in me.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
