SyFy? Looks like a foreshortening of sissyfy to me. Sure, SciFi may be too generic to be protectable, but really, what does a sound alike spelled as if by an idiot accomplish? Market expansion? Good luck.....

Brings to mind the old Zenith tag line, with a twist:
The HD quality goes out when the HD quantity goes in.

The simple fact appears to be Comcast changed quality mid-stream,
without notice or acknowledgment of any kind. Isn''t this a consumer
protection issue?

It's not that most people don't care, it's that some do not. I and all of the others here have always had the "wow" and I'll spend $$ for that 'till the Cowherd comes home. Why everyone doesn't get a wow is beyond me (I think they're wired wrong!!), but Cowherd needs to acknolwedge that many do - and that if he can't see it, then that's his problem. He should STFU.
This was not no way hd or "artistic" hd. CSI Miami is artitic hd. Hell, the Vicotoria's secret 480 ads had better clarity. Not a bad show, but I won't keep tuning in with PQ that poor.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
