Actually, Comcast has also negotiated the exclusive right to have all 6 Star Wars films that will be on CinemaxHD, to also be available at the same time, in HD, on Comcast ON Demand. So if you have Comcast, no need to worry about scheduling around CinemaxHD. Comcast will also be having the HD premiere of "The Chronicles of Narnia" on their ON Demand service before it's broadcast debut. They're trying....

INHD2 is indeed going dark within the next 3 weeks - so it is not Comcast that is yanking the station (although they do have ownership stake in it with Time Warner and Cox). The programming from INHD2 will be blended into INHD to cut out the low rated programming and provide and very robust all-HD network. Comcast will be replacing the channel left vacant by INHD2 in all areas of the United States by TNT-HD, NBCU-HD or MHD, depending on the preference of the local market.

If 23 BILLION is not awash in debt, then I don't know what is. Sure, some fee-hungry investment bank would extend them credit to buy another company - but at the expense of S&P and Moody's slashing their credit rating to worthless junk status.
