@dstafford72 : I dont think you should care really. The 3gs is being held back . So I am pretty sure the 3gs could get some speed upgrades and things just by a firmware update . The only thing you would be missing is a possible higher res screen.
@Jack Att already has phones that do video chat and actual video chat on their network . Its not used very often though.
@Spiffypants My cable company cablevision lets you use the firewire and esata ports. when you put in an esata drive it ads space to the dvr.
Dell will be selling their new mini 10 with the new chipset and a broadcom media accelerator therefor keeping the great battery life and allowing acceleration of hd video.

I think its the perfect comprimise.
I think it might be worth waiting to see the new pcs with ion 2 and the ne atoms in them.
Hey the hamptons can be great this time of year because NOBODY is there.
As long as the hardware is better then the original the ds2 will be good. People fail to understand that the thing that makes the ds great is the games. The only way anothe rhandheld can totally win is if they buy nintendo themselves.

Nintendo and their games is what makes their systems good.
The ad lies about verizons 3g coverage to .I know for a fact some areas of long island that have att 3g coverage that Verizon has no coverage at all but the ads say the opposite.

So yes these ads do lie and should be taken down.
Are any of these tests making it fair by disabling the them in windows 7? Since that would lower battery life due to the hardware having to work more. If they dont then its not a fair comparison.

First off HP already makes switches. We have all hp switches. They rock have the same specs as cisco switches and cost half the price.

They dont need 3com . The only thing i can think is they are doing this to buy up the competition.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
