I got out simply for this reason. There really aren't many pros to using Blockbuster Total Access anymore. The in-store exchange was my final holdout reason for sticking with Blockbuster. Now that it's gone, I've made the switch to Netflix for $3.00 less for the same number of DVDs out at a time (2).

After the switch, Blockbuster emailed me to give me a special promo for the same price as Netflix. I declined. Too little, too late.
