Why? If you were a VFX person, then I wouldn't see anything wrong with it. I mean, the movie made a sick ammount of cash opening weekend and that was all due to the visual effects that pulled people in. If your team had a part in that, it seems like you would want people to know. Even if you hated the movie, you would have to admit that this scene they worked on was at least fun to watch.
You need one right in the middle that is something like, "not as important as the visuals, but I like it and it can be a plus." That would be the option I would take anyway (I clicked other on the poll). As for the second part of the question, I have 5.1 and don't really have any urgent desire to go beyond that (6.1, 7.1, 9.2 etc.).
No more penis seats, but I heard you can still order the back-seat chandelier made out of balls.
Available seems like a maybe, but road legal would be a no, at least as it stands. You can't sell a car in the US with the 1 piece bucket seats like it has or the cage installed. They could change those details though (I guess), just like porsche does with something like the GT3 RS.
This is easily the best Hyundai I have ever seen. Kudos to Millen's team for putting this thing together.
Come on now! You should know that you get 2 F-bombs per PG-13 movie (depending on the connotation, eg. no directing it towards one's mother). 3 gets you the R rating. period. So you could make the happiest Disney film ever and if it had 3 rapid-fire F-bombs, WHAM, R rating. This is because, CLEARLY, 2 uses of the word is benign while 3 uses could be permanently scarring to a minor's fragile psyche.
I love the announcer yelling at me in Japanese. I can only understand a piece of it, but his message is clear, "GRAN TURISMO!! PSP!!!! BUY IT!!!!!!"
Jesus Christ. Jackie Chan going down the Vin Diesel route? AND it's got Billy Ray Cyrus in it?!?!?! George Lopez too? wtf. I agree with Reuben, I'd pay money to not have to see this.
There seems to be some confusion about that. Walmart is the only one with the IMAX scenes IN THE IMAX ASPECT RATIO. As in, where it opens up for certain scenes like the dark knight did on blu-ray. Other stores will still have the imax footage in there, just in the cropped theatrical aspect ratio.
I hope that the backlight LEDs are brighter. I have a blue g-11 (I think they all were, it was the g-15's that got orange) and unless it is pitch black, the keys don't show up that well.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
