I played through this game and didn't even realize I had been in a church until the chruch brought it up. I can only imagine this is a pathetic attempt to extort money.
"They are just NOW saying they screwed up... A little late isn't it? And ask around or look it up, I'm not the only one who's system fried the first year. There were a hell of a lot more people in my situation. Do some research before jumping to insults..."

Well you didn't say NOW earlier. You said they didn't say it at all. Obviously many peoples' systems screwed up, but again, that's not the way you put it. I didn't you at all. I simply asked for clarification and made a statement. Reading comprehension is definitely not your friend. Take that as an insult if you must.
"got rid of it, the men in white coats took it away! and got a mits 65732, best picture i've seen from any projection tv.

goodluck with your xbr. "

Glad you found a TV you like. Personally, I can't stand DLPs (had one). I normaly upgrade one of my TVs every year so my XBR will be out the door in a few months anyhow (for the new 70" XBR - god that thing is beautiful). Anyways, most of my gaming is done on my "regular" 60" SXRD so...
"i have a sony 55 in tv i can sell you with a nice green blob on the screen! yeah sony never has defective products... too bad i had to spend $3000 to find out that little detail. "

I'm getting mine replaced under waranty this weekend. It's the optical block. They extended the warranty on the 50" and 60" SXRD XBRs (1st gen) until 2008. I don't know wbout the 55 (non-XBR)

"that 18 month window is BS. I went through my first 2 360's in less than a year... Why can't companies ever tell the truth? Not very hard to say "we screwed up""

You went through 2 so everybody did? They did say they screwed up over and over. Did you read anything past the headline?
"haha, MS can never make a product that never crashes. They should learn about quality from apple and sony."

When I was in printing all they used was Macs. I can't tell you how many times a day the "restart bomb" appeared on peoples screens. I won't even get into Vaios...
I'm thinking Konny and Godisamyth should just get it over with and 69 each other already
"7+billion dollars....wow, that is commitment to endless failure.

Even though it's much less, I'm thinking whatever your parents spent raising you was even a bigger loss. If they had just given you some attention and the knowledge of how to make money, we might not have to read your endless drivel.
"I'm just going to go ahead and assume you haven't seen the news that the PS3's price has been officially/unofficially cut by $100."

Yeah, I heard. Doesn't help me much now that I already paid $600. And it doesn't help Sony that it is still $300 more than what most people will pay for it. Until the price is $200 or less I wont consider it good news.
FINALLY. Good PS3 news.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
