I'm confused now. You CAN use IE7 so you can sync your bookmarks, but you can't do that with Firefox 3? You can use Firefox 3 to use MobileMe but you can't use IE7? When the heck did this happen?
So... we CAN activate the iPhone 3G at home? We DON'T have to activate it at the store?
If you have 2 iPhone 3G's on a family plan, do you need to pay 2 $30 fees for the unlimited internet, or does 1 $30 unlimited internet add on get shared between the 2 iPhone 3G's?
Who cares? Anybody concerned about iPhone download speeds is going to upgrade to a 3G iPhone in a month...
Umm... biased towards what?
What's more stupid? Charging $250 for an HD DVD player or PAYING $250 for an HD DVD player?
Microsoft MUST do this to remain competitive in the console market. Once Blu-ray is the absolute winner, many people are going to choose the PS3 over other consoles because it comes with a "free" Blu-ray player.
It's not difficult to figure out people: THE FORMAT WAR ISN'T OVER UNTIL ALL STUDIOS SUPPORT ONE FORMAT! I've dumped all of my HD DVD titles on Half.com, but won't get rid of my Xbox 360 HD DVD player until I can get ALL HD DVD titles on Blu-ray.
Too little, too late. This may have made a difference 6-12 months ago; at this point, it's Microsoft clearing out stock. I've owned an Xbox 360 HD DVD drive since day one. It's great, but Blu-ray has this one in the bag.
The Amazon deal is done. I'll be the first to say it; is it possible that Best Buy is clearing out the HD DVD stock?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
