I do know the drill.
Anybody have any ideas for how to get a PS3 to be controlled with an IR remote?
Does anyone really think that the movie studios will actually price their DVDs less because of this? I get annoyed when I can't skip passed the FBI Warning. I don't want to have to deal with having to watch ads after I've paid for the DVD.
The only reason I'm not Blu-ray exclusive is the $98 HD-A2 sale at Wal-Mart. However, it is nice knowing that I can get a movie if it's out in HD, regardless of the format. PS I hate Microsoft.
I live in Kansas. I've had this channel for a few weeks now.
My cable box has a slot for it, but my box does not support it.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
