Too bad its the inevitable death of the printed word which has been losing its value anyway.In the other hand its funny people pick apart this product because it does not do things that .000001 percent people do. such as:

i cant read pdf treasure maps.
i cant see it in the dark. ( the same lamp that clips on your book clips on this)
i cant afford a 10 dollar book because i buy 100 books a month. ("a short history of nearly everything" 700 pages paper back 13 dollars. kindle price 7 bucks, albeit free if i steal it from mr. bryson.)
my pocket pc with a 4 inch screen and 3 hr battery life does this better.

WTF are you guys talking about i have yet to receive my second bill. 2 month price cut. that means taht most ppl who waited 2-3 weeks to gather up the money to buy one have only had it for 1 1/2 months. thats is ludacris. im upset because i did not have the money to buy a 8 gig so i settled for the 4 gig and now is discontinued. thats a BRAND NEW PRODUCT BEING DISCONtinued in 2 months.thats more like a recall than anything else. there is no argument no apple ipod has dropped price this quickly.if they managed to drop the price in 2 months and means they could have done it 2 months ago. they aRE A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY their success does not lie in the people who initially bought their product but the people who continually do and by that token they have shot themselves in the foot. 2 months is unheard of no matter how many analogies you morons who did not buy the phone take time to post in this blog which is entitled "Apple screwed you: So now what?" so if you dont feel screwed or if you did not pay with your hard earned money for an iphone STFU and close this window now.

lol im sure going to spend my 400 bucks on a delayed phone with sure to have little to no update and firmware upgrades. let me go ahead and put my trust on a unproven maker not the 4 largest computer vendor in the world. i guess i shouldve bought that gizmondo instead of my psp.it sure sounded better.i wonder if the delay in shipment is because they havent been able to copy all the parts inside the iphone or is it because the os is crashing too often.

oh man i dont think i saw the ps3 using the component out switch RGb signal like on the ps2, hopefully it allows it. i dont own a tv in my room,i would like to play my ps3 on my trinitron monitor but it only has vga/rgb.i use my HD RECEIVER to watch full HD on my monitor and it looks flawless.i will be fine with my projector but i wont always want to play on it. this is a major deciding factor wether i get the ps3 or the 360. please someone shed some light.thanks
