The guy that you list as Ne-Yo is actually Kanye West. The clip in the commercial is from his music video for Heard Em Say directed by Michel Gondry.

WTF Black Box? Have you learn nothing from Criterion? This sort of stuff should be free!
Cool, Ive been using Netflix on my 360 and look forward to doing my own comparison between the two implementations.
Since I rarely feel the need to watch a movie more than once I always rent.
Not sure about the multiplayer but listening to the guys on the Giant Bomb podcast talk about this game got me hyped for the single player.
I love the look of the Lips mics, now I'll have a reason to buy them. Looks like Harmonix really is keeping their promise of making Rock Band a platform. Except for the AC/DC thing but that wasn't their fault.
After giving up on Far Cry 2 I think I'll finally finish up Dead Space, and maybe GoW2. Oh and play a little Left 4 Dead which I have not yet opened.
I'll be downloading The Usual Suspects, Michael Clayton, 3:10 to Yuma, and the The Assassination of Jesse James. I have Netflix but their hd movies are always long wait.

I just hope the quality is good, the last hd movie I rented, The Lookout, looked pretty bad.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
