Why is it that people always seem to raise the question of cracking software. Stick your hand in your pocket and buy the damn product. I do - frequently.
More fool you then. Missing out on some good products.
Dior = Upmarket clothing, perfume etc. And you got it right, it's pronounced dee-or.
Yep, as I said it's about the name on the phone, not the phone's functions. If you just want to make a phone call and not carry a Dior, go buy a pay as you go cheapo phone - sheeesh !!!
For early, early, early adopters - agree.
It's all about carrying the name - and nothing else. Beside if it make a phone call what else do you need it to do?
Not for the green minded.
I think the vast majority of posts on this subject are either mis-interpreted, mis-informed or just plain conclusion jumping.

And why do so many of you think that the first thing the governement of the UK is looking for is terrorists? Are most posters American (and before you jump down my throat I have nothing against Americans).

Data can be used in detection of many crimes or potential crimes.

But, as one poster has already pointed out, the UK government has tried to impliment many computer systems which never get off the ground. Just look at the debarcle with the patient records system, and if you can't impliment that then ........

.
I always find quoting Wikipedia amusing, like it's the font of knowledge.

The Mad Max films are sooooo dated now, and I have seen far too many films featuring post apocalyptic environs. !!!
I am in no hurry to see this product. Don't think I would even consider it given that I admittedly don't have a great liking for Micro$oft.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
