I drive an Aprilia Atlantic 200cc scooter that gets 70mpg and goes 85 mph and I'm not gay. Most of my riding is on Texas urban highways and I have not even had any close calls. Watch other drivers around you and use common sense and you'll be fine.
I live 19 miles from the towers on the bottom floor of a two story apartment and receive all but one channel perfectly and that is an independent that broadcasts with less power from a different location. I put rabbit ears with a loop on my patio and pointed them at the transmitters and rarely lose a signal.

"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters.
