U-Verse and DirecTV will be two options under the Advanced TV banner. AT&T needs DirecTV as a TV option for customers that cannot receive U-Verse. If you have U-Verse, that is what they want you to choose. You cannot get both, at least not without two charges.
I'll take one if you are giving it away.
Its a tossup for me between the Pioneer Kuro plasma (9 mm!!), the Alienware curved DLP superwide monitor, and the Samsung's OLED screens (larger than Sony, HA HA).
For the Horde!
I've got a computer in my house that only can run Windows 95. It can't run anything else. I couldn't even begin to tell what it has in it.
Hey!! Here's waldo. I thought you would never find me.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
