I can never understand how people are talked into microsoft outlook. It is the most hacked dangerous program in the world. If you are running a major enterprise ok - but for simple webmail how hard is it ?
The ISP has the nube customer hoodwinked into thinking that his email comes out of the sky magically and can never leave the ISP. On top of that Outlook conveniently will mail new lethal viruses to all of your friends and contacts

I am always amazed at the level of overkill in wi fi
Most people need wi fi for nothing more than wireless internet browsing
If they were using wi fi for media center streaming I could see it
