As long as Pay TV stays being the easiest way to get content to your TV, people will stick to it.
Times New Roman sucks
Sorry, but this netbook still needs to be $399. Then I'm interested. ION should give you more power at the same price, not at a 25% price premium. Too many notebook options at $500.
At the same time, any creationist would know that Attenborough wrote the text SW or OW spoke, and he's still in the credits. If they want to boycott Attenborough, then they have to boycott the Discovery channel version as well.

But at long as the BBC releases a Blu-Ray version with Attenborough's voice in the US, I'll be happy.
The only creepy aspect is that people can't tell the difference between an adult model and a child. This chick's legal in every country but Saudi Arabia. And the only reason she's not legal there is because some corrupt police officer wants to inspect the goods.
Media Browser works for me because...

uTorrent downloads TV shows from a private torrent site that publishes scene TV releases over RSS...
SCRU automatically unpacks the rarred torrents after downloading and sorts it properly in the right subdirectory...
metabrowser and/or YAMMM add the metadata...
and Media Browser displays the content with all the eye candy in the Media Center environment...

That's what, 6 programs to do what Apple TV does from its firmware, all because I'm too cheap to pay the $2 an episode? Don't get me wrong- I am that cheap, and Media Browser is that good to justify tweaking all 6 apps just right to work without user intervention on my part. But I can understand the appeal of going the Apple route. It's just not worth it for me, a person that would rather spend time getting a superior UI vs spending money for ease of use.
A) Ion core supports h.264 decoding, so the CPU doesn't have to do much processing.

B) Dual core Atom n330 is 64 bit compatible.

Just keep in mind that the n330 is still an atom, I've been reading up on AVSForum where n330 users complain about MCE not being "snappy" as a CULV and Flash video I've heard mixed stuff.
The LG BD370 at the same price seems like a better deal since it supports DNLA and mkvs.
Some people like to keep their network 802.11n only, so your router doesn't have to run in mixed 802.11g/802.11n mode (and the 802.11n devices won't slow down when talking to each other). Even better if you can get your devices to be all 5Ghz 802.11n so you can free up the 2.4GHz spectrum for your other devices like cordless phones, etc.

Also the improved range and interference handling on the 802.11n allows you to set up that Roku box further away than 802.11g.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
