I lost 40 lbs in the last 12 months. I run/walk 3 miles on the treadmill 3-5 times a week. I have gone 9 miles since Monday and feel great. All it took was a minor chance in diet ... no fast food, healthy frozen dinners, and protein shakes. Keep it up! I'm down to 184 from 225-230.

Matt Burns, hate to nitpick, but you're making this mistake in post after post...

"They do have lots of football in HD thanks to their NFL Sunday Ticket but other then that..."

Other THAN that. "Then" and "than" are NOT interchangeable. Other then that? Makes no sense.

Is Dish Network quietly adding INHD to their HD line-up?

"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
