I am looking forward to Gears of War...
I am working this summer as an assistant to a survey crew, we use an older model of this very product. It truely is rugged, and can take quite a few hits...great product.
It is about time K-town got an apple store. I am also glad to see that TUAW had a right up on it. I loved the whole atmosphere of the opening. I met alot of interesting people and really enjoyed knowing I was in company of fellow people who could call the selves, "We, THE HARDCORE!" It was great to realize that one isn't totally alone in their obsession of the beauty and brilliance Apple exudes. I hope everyone else was as pleased as I was. The best part was the employess giving us all fives as we entered. It was one of the coolest things I have ever been apart of...And BTW I love the article, very well written.
This little diddy is used often in Simpsons "The Spanish Flea." It was the theme song to the gameshow Newlyweds. Homer makes up these lyrics...

"There was little Spanish Flea, A record star he thought he'd be, He saw pictures of Beatles and Monkees on T.V., Why not a little Spanish Flea."
I agree with Knoxsharp, Turkey Creek is the most disgusting place in our city. The upper class from the People's Republic of Farragut would drive inwards to go to an apple store. However, students at UTK are highly unlikely to make the trek out to Turkey Creek.
Actually the Simpsons have been all about HDTV, there have been quite a few jokes about it. I think the first was in Season 9. A guy at Moe's says something to the tune of, "That will teach the government not to drag their feet on High Definition TV!"
As a huge fan of The Simpsons, I am going to have to sharply disagree with you on this. I don't think that the humor of the Simpsons, and it's the 2%ers and such that make the show great, can transfer to the big screen, the movie will be awful and secure the death of our beloved Simpsons.
Woot Woot lets do it!
Dear Engadget,
Even if I don't win I won't hate you.
Love,

"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
