Checked and don't see it yet on Directv.
Wouldn't it be great if this was a product that was actually released. I've looked at a number of HDMI extension vaporware releases over the past few days but very few have made it to market yet.
I just checked the DirecTV website and it now says that new channels will be coming in October. It would appear that "Sometime in September" is now "Sometime in October." Hopefully they won't need to change it again.
Does anyone know what DirecTV channel this will be on?
I switched from a DirecTV Tivo box to the HR20 about a year ago. After some initial problems were worked out it has worked extremely well for me. I still prefer the Tivo interface but the HR20 interface is far superior to anything else I've seen.
Why do you say that Ghost Rider is a "day and date release"? This is the second time I've seen this reference to a movie that was released in theaters months before the video release. I thought day and date release meant that the DVD was released at the same time the movie was released at theaters.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
