What makes you think it is in HD? Just because they broadcast in HD doesn't mean the DirecTV feed is in HD, although it might be. Can't tell by that screen shot.
I haven't found any posts anywhere about having difficulty making the browser work. I can connect to my network, but can't go anywhere. Every other device I have connects except this one. I may give one last shot at an open wifi spot, and if I can get it to work there, at least I will know it works. If not, it is going back, restocking fee or not.
