It's a private beta, but should go public very soon.
There is a beta update adding support for the Hauppauge HD-PVR, so no complaints there. Also, do the other PVR packages manufacture extenders? I know that there are Windows Media Center Extenders, but the PVR functions in Media Center are bottom-of-the-barrel.
Beyond TV is by far the best. ShowSkip and ShowSqueeze are essential features lacking in the competition. It's a no-brainer.

I like the dedicated app approach of Unbox. This is a bad move, and I doubt that resolution and audio fidelity will improve -- probably will decrease.

Of course, Unbox never delivered on its promises of multichannel audio (which was possible in the codec) and higher resolution.
I'm not seeing any other nationwide B&M retailers than Circuit City, and even then they're only shipping right now with no in-store availability.
Um, that Slamma screen better be shootin'-hoops proof. Anything from a Nerf on up will destroy those pixels...

Not a relevant product until these morons "update" it to work in a 64-bit OS.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
