Who wants to pay royalties to anyone if they don't have to? That said, I think piracy problems are greater in Russia than in China.

I've played the Motorstorm demo and felt that the vehicles/dirtbikes seem to float around. It just seems very disconnected while playing it. By disconnected, I mean you should feel some rumbling driving/riding across the desert feeling all the bumps and jumps. And with the floating feeling, this game just don't seems right.
