Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3 - best portable photo and HD video combo available. See reviews on Amazon. I've had one for months, and I can't believe how good everything it takes is, especially from something this portable and (barely) pocketable.
To fix the economy:
- let unhealthy businesses fail rather than bailing them out; new profitable businesses will arise
- let people keep their money so that they can spend it, rather than taxing them
- do not force cap and trade; this tax will harm our country's future growth potential
- let people choose their own health care; we already have the best in the world, forcing nationalized health care will take more taxes from those who work, and the result will be poorer health care and poorer financial health care for all
Gamecock country? The Shamecocks have a rich history of nothing but disappointment. Have won less than 50% of their games all time. Took them over 100 years to make it to a bowl game. Even a great coach like Lou Holtz ended his career with an under-.500 record at USuCk. And now the Old Ball Coach, Steve Spurrier, is seeing his great coaching career end in shame with the Shamecocks. Their football field is up for sale to the highest bidding sponsor. An appropriate name would be Tiger Field, since Clemson owns USCjr.

Will this have recording capabilities like the OSD?
Or is it only for viewing?
Anyone know if there is a standalone product like this that will encode with 5.1 audio? The Hauppage HD PVR will do this, but it has to be connected to a computer.
What is the October reference about?
What about ESPN Gameplan? Those will all still be in SD, right?
I want something with these recording capabilities, but in a standalone format like the Neuros OSD which will record and playback AVC files. Does something like this exist? Thanks.
I want it!!!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
