also, they don't get the 30% number from 7/29. 30% comes from a separate genetic analysis of the us population.

whether something is statistically significant depends on more than just the sample size, it also depends on the size of difference observed, the variance, and the hypothesis.

it is not possible to determine the significance of a study by only looking at the sample size.
